I am spending one month in Sweden this summer! The weather is very hot, almost like in Taiwan. It feels great to be back to the Swedish Westcoast and walking around on this beautiful island called Tjorn. Eating Swedish fresh fish, is also wonderful! My favorite fish is called rodspatta and it is a flat fish that is caught outside the Westcoast in the Nordsea. We often eat it with shrimps and Danish remoulade sauce. It is a yellow, thick sauce. I remember the summers from my childhood, being as beautiful and warm as the summer this year. Swedish summer! Love it!!!
